Shipping policy

At Chem2Go, we specialize in the distribution of high-performance chemical products and industrial supplies. To ensure safety and compliance with hazardous material regulations, our shipping processes are managed with extreme care.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively within the Continental United States. Due to the nature of our products (aerosols, flammable liquids, and hazardous materials), we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Alaska & Hawaii Shipping Rates: Shipping costs for orders delivered to Alaska and Hawaii are calculated in real time by our carrier (FedEx) based on the package weight, dimensions, and destination zone. These rates will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note that shipping costs to these states may be higher than standard Continental US rates due to their remote location.

2. Marketplace Fulfillment Model

Chem2Go operates as an authorized marketplace. Depending on the specific product, your order may be fulfilled directly from our central facility or dispatched from our authorized brand partners' (such as IxirPro or MagicChems) specialized warehouses.

  • This ensures that hazardous materials are handled and packed by certified professionals according to DOT regulations.
  • You may receive multiple packages if your order contains products from different partner brands.

3. Shipping Rates & Costs

  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders for over $49.99.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $49.99, a shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and hazardous classification of the items.
  • All shipping costs are transparently shown before you finalize your purchase.
  • Alaska & Hawaii: Carrier-calculated shipping rates apply. Exact costs are determined by FedEx based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery zone, and are displayed at checkout. Free shipping thresholds do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii orders.

4. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing (Handling Time): Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST are typically processed within 0-3 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, estimated delivery time is 1 to 4 business days, depending on your location within the US.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your order within 1-7 business days.

5. Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) Restrictions

Many of our products (Aerosols, Solvents, Fuels) are classified as ORM-D or Hazardous Materials.

  • These items must be travelled via Ground Shipping only.
  • Expedited air shipping is not available for restricted chemical products.
  • Some high-capacity hazardous items may require a signature upon delivery.
  • Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to additional carrier restrictions for hazardous materials. Availability of certain products may be limited for these destinations.

6. Tracking Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.

7. Shipping Discrepancies & Damage

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If a package is leaking or visibly damaged due to transit:

    1. Document the damage with photos.
    2. Contact our support team immediately at support@chem2go.com.
    3. Do not dispose of the chemical contents until instructed by our compliance team.
