How It Works

  1. Purchase your product from Chem2Go.
  2. Within 30 days, find the identical product — same brand, model, and condition — advertised at a lower price by an authorized U.S. retailer.
  3. Submit your claim to our support team with a link or dated proof of the lower advertised price.
  4. Once we confirm the details, we’ll gladly refund the difference to your original payment method.

Terms & Conditions

The Best Price Guarantee is subject to the following terms. To keep the program fair for all customers, we may verify the details of each claim before approval.

1. Eligible Comparison

  • The competing product must be the exact same item — identical brand, model, size, color, and SKU.
  • The item must be brand-new, in-stock, and available for immediate purchase at the competitor at the time of your claim.
  • The competitor must be an authorized U.S.-based retailer selling within the United States.
  • The lower price must be publicly advertised and verifiable (e.g., a live product page or dated printed ad).

2. Claim Window

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your original Chem2Go purchase date.
  • The competitor’s lower price must be current and valid at the time your claim is reviewed.

3. What We Refund

  • We refund the difference between the price you paid on Chem2Go and the lower advertised price.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval.
  • The comparison is based on the item’s advertised price only, excluding shipping, taxes, fees, and any bundled add-ons.
  • The guarantee applies once per item, per customer, per order.

4. Exclusions

  • The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:
  • Third-party or marketplace sellers (including Amazon Marketplace, eBay, Walmart
  • Marketplace, and similar), auction sites, or classified listings.
  • Open-box, refurbished, used, clearance, liquidation, damaged, or “as-is” items.
  • Limited-time, doorbuster, flash-sale, clearance, or going-out-of-business prices.
  • Prices tied to coupons, promo codes, gift cards, rebates, loyalty rewards, bundles, or financing offers.
  • Membership-only, wholesale, or dealer pricing (e.g., warehouse-club or trade-account prices).
  • Seasonal sales events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Prime Day, unless we state otherwise.
  • Pricing or typographical errors, misprints, and prices resulting from any illegitimate or unauthorized source.
  • Chem2Go’s own promotions, past prices, and prices offered by other Chem2Go sellers.

5. General 

  • This guarantee applies to purchases made and shipped within the United States only.
  • Chem2Go may modify, limit, or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply.
  • To protect all our customers, claims that appear to result from error, fraud, or misuse may not be eligible.
