High-Volume Solutions Explained

Bulk Spray Foam Pallet FAQs

Explore what’s included in bulk kits, how they support large projects, why they offer the best value for professionals and repeated use.

How much cheaper is spray foam when you buy it by the pallet?

A pallet has the lowest price per can of anything we sell. With the IxirPro 30oz cans, for example, a 216-can pallet works out to roughly a third less per can than buying 6-packs, and a 108-can pallet is close behind.

If you're comparing options, divide the price by the total board feet in the variant name (each pallet lists its coverage) to get the cost per square foot at 1 inch. That's the fairest way to compare a pallet against kits or smaller packs.

How much area does a 108 or 216 can pallet cover?

At 1 inch thick:

  • 30oz pallets: 2,484 sq ft (108 cans) or 4,968 sq ft (216 cans)
  • 25oz and 25.4oz pallets: about 2,160 sq ft (108 cans) or 4,320 sq ft (216 cans)

At 2 inches, which is the usual target for insulation, halve those numbers. For example, 1,100 sq ft of basement wall at 2 inches with 30oz cans needs about 96 cans, or 105 with a 10% buffer, so a single 108-can pallet covers it.

Should I choose a kit pallet or a can pallet?

Can pallets contain foam only. They are the better value if your crew already has working guns and safety gear.

Kit pallets add application tools and protective gear, which makes sense when you're equipping several people or reselling kits. The exact tools included differ by pallet, so check the What's Included section on each product page before you order.

How long can I store a pallet of spray foam?

Unopened cans keep for about 12 months from the production date printed on each can. Store them upright, indoors, at 50°F to 77°F, away from direct sun. A hot truck bed or an uninsulated storage unit in summer will shorten that life quickly.

Use the oldest cans first. If you're unsure you'll get through 216 cans within a year, two 108-can pallets ordered as you need them are the safer buy.

Do you offer contractor or volume pricing beyond these pallets?

Yes. Along with the pallet pricing in this collection, the Chem2Go Pro program offers volume pricing for contractors, businesses and large projects. For a custom quote, email support@chem2go.com with the products and quantities you need.
